Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

This agreement is between Baliraja Agro Agency Pvt. Ltd., registered at New Dhanshree Complex, Nagad Road, Kajgaon, Tal. Bhadgaon, Dist. Jalgaon, Pin Code: 424103, and you, the customer.

2. Account Registration

• Delivery may be via our logistics partners, post, courier, or customer pickup, as selected at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are provided; delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not our liability.
• Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and Cancellations

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These terms comply with the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

15. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhadgaon, Jalgaon district, Maharashtra, India.
• Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues amicably.
• You may also file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
