Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return within 10 working days after delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
• Product must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.
• Return request must be initiated within the return window.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy products) unless defective or damaged.
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
• Products without original packaging or tags.
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective).
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items damaged after delivery due to customer's fault.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
3. Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation.
4. Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization. Include the RA number on the package.
5. Inspection: We will inspect the returned product upon receipt.
6. Processing: Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

• Defective/Damaged Products: We will bear the return shipping costs.
• Wrong Product Delivered: We will bear the return shipping costs.
• Customer Change of Mind: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt until the return is processed.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment used for the original purchase.
• Refund will be processed within 10 working days after approval and receipt of the returned product.
• For card payments, refunds may take 5-7 additional business days to reflect in your account after processing.
• For UPI payments, refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
• For net banking, refunds may take 3-5 business days.
• If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the following scenarios:

• Defective Products: Exchange for the same product or a different product of equal or higher value.
• Wrong Product: Exchange for the correct product ordered.
• Size/Color Exchange: Subject to availability and within the return window.
• Price difference, if any, will be charged or refunded accordingly.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order:

• Before Shipment: Cancel anytime before the order is shipped for a full refund.
• After Shipment: Cancel within 24 hours of shipment notification. Return shipping charges may apply.

• Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos/videos of the defect or damage.
• We will arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return label.
• You will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
• We may request the product to be returned for quality inspection.
