Refund & Return Policy

At Baliraja Agro Agency Pvt. Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return within 10 working days after delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- Product must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.
- Return request must be initiated within the return window.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy products) unless defective or damaged.
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective).
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer's fault.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at chavre.vijay@gmail.com or call us at +91 7558208142 with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization. Include the RA number on the package.
- Inspection: We will inspect the returned product upon receipt.
- Processing: Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Defective/Damaged Products: We will bear the return shipping costs.
- Wrong Product Delivered: We will bear the return shipping costs.
- Customer Change of Mind: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt until the return is processed.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment used for the original purchase.
- Refund will be processed within 10 working days after approval and receipt of the returned product.
- For card payments, refunds may take 5-7 additional business days to reflect in your account after processing.
- For UPI payments, refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
- For net banking, refunds may take 3-5 business days.
- If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the following scenarios:
- Defective Products: Exchange for the same product or a different product of equal or higher value.
- Wrong Product: Exchange for the correct product ordered.
- Size/Color Exchange: Subject to availability and within the return window.
- Price difference, if any, will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order:
- Before Shipment: Cancel anytime before the order is shipped for a full refund.
- After Shipment: Cancel within 24 hours of shipment notification. Return shipping charges may apply.

- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 working days.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos of the defect or damage.
- We will arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return label.
- You will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
- We may request the product to be returned for quality inspection.
