Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: Via our logistics partners, post, or courier services (10 days).
  • Express Delivery: Faster delivery option (2-3 business days) - subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Customer Pickup: Self-pickup from our warehouse/store location (available at checkout).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Shipping costs are displayed clearly during checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Order processing timeline:

  4. Shipment: Order is shipped and tracking information is sent via email/SMS.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order status on our website using your order number.
  • Tracking updates are provided at each stage of the delivery process.
  • If you don't receive tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • Include landmarks, apartment/flat numbers, and PIN code for easy delivery.
  • You can update your delivery address before shipment by contacting us.
  • Address changes after shipment may result in delivery delays or additional charges.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • You will be notified via phone/SMS for each delivery attempt.
  • If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • You can reschedule delivery or arrange pickup by contacting us.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
  • If the order is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or provide a refund.

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery:

  • Please inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting delivery.
  • Check that the package is sealed and intact.
  • Verify the number of items matches your order.
  • If the package is damaged or items are missing, please refuse delivery or note the issue on the delivery receipt.
  • Contact us immediately if you notice any issues with the delivered package.
  • Take photos/videos of damaged packages as evidence for claims.

Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon your pickup from our location. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products during transit, except where caused by our negligence. In case of damage during transit, please contact us immediately with photos and delivery receipt.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
  • Logistics partner delays or operational issues.
  • Public holidays or festivals.
  • Custom clearance delays (for international orders).
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
  • Unavailability of recipient at delivery address.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate and keep you updated on the status.
